Project Description:
Constructed in 1997, this Nags Head beach home received a major interior overhaul and addition with a gain of 505 sf of deck and 513 sf of new heated space along with a face lift encompassing 486 sf. The owners expanded their master bedroom and enlarged the master bath. The kitchen was remodeled, enlarged and a pantry added. A linen closet was constructed and a desk area placed beside it. New hardwood flooring throughout the great room and kitchen continues up into the new ship’s watch. Other amenities include custom tile-work around the fireplace, kitchen backsplash and new shower in the remodeled master bath. New decks on all front levels add plenty of private areas to this one-of-a-kind beach jewel. The views are outstanding from the new ship’s watch seeing ocean to sound - sunrise to sunset.
