Travel north on NC 12 (Ocean Boulevard) through Southern Shores, continuing through the village of Duck. Just past Wee Winks Convenience Store turn right onto Wampum Drive. The home is located on the right at # 105.
Project Description:
The scope of this addition/remodeling project was two-fold, involving the upgrading of the existing kitchen, baths and bedrooms. All new flooring, trim, siding and paint were applied inside and out. Additionally, in the course of the project two bedrooms with full baths were built on, as well as a new sunroom, recreation room, dining room, elevator, pool, covered decks and open decks.

Forrest Seal has been a resident of Dare County for 29 years, actively involved in the construction industry for 24 of those years. Forrest has since been using his same skill set, expertise and ethical approach to building in the operation of his own successful business during the past four years. Forrest has served on the Outer Banks Home Builders Association's Board of Directors for the past two years, concurrently as Remodelers Council Chairman, and was selected by his peers as the 2007 OBHBA Builder of the Year, an award that recognizes exemplary community service.
