Project Description:
Sandmark originally built this home in 2001. Kip and Paula Keperling purchased this home a couple years ago for its close proximity to the village center of Duck and the ocean. They were also impressed with the integrity of the home. They decided now was the time to remodel this home to accommodate their growing family, adding 816 sf of living area. The addition also includes a large swimming pool area, elevator, a master bedroom suite and an extension to the great room. The kitchen was redesigned and expanded to include new custom kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and appliances. Vanities were upgraded in the bathrooms as well.
