Travel north on NC 12 (Ocean Boulevard) through Southern Shores. Before reaching Duck Village, you will pass the Tuckahoe subdivision and see a long white fence on your right. Just past the fence, turn right onto Sea Hawk Drive East. The home is located on the right at #123.
Project Description:
Five back from the ocean, this 1980's house was in need of a lot of "love" to address the expectations of future vacationers and increase its earning potential. Within the owners' budget, we addressed its structural, aesthetic, and amenity issues by replacing the windows and doors, re-siding, and eliminating inherently leaky flat roofs. We added covered decks, a large family room addition, replaced the kitchen and appliances, the flooring, interior doors, trim, and most drywall, leaving only the original interior woodwork. We upgraded the electrical service and HVAC system and replaced all the existing plumbing including the addition of 3 bathrooms and remodeling all existing baths. The addition of a 14'x 28' pool completed the project.
