Will I be able to tour the homes this year?

- The 2024 Parade of Homes will have 16 houses and 2 commercial properties to tour "In Person". You can tour the properties beginning October 10th and they will be available for viewing online Virtually after the Parade is over on October 13th. The Virtual Tours will remain active on our website for at least one year.
- Does it cost anything to tour the homes and where do I purchase tickets?
- Tickets are available online beginning September 1st or you can purchase them at the entrance to any of the homes. Ticket costs will be $20 this year and you can use a credit card to purchase online.
- Will I be able to vote for my favorite houses in the Peoples' Choice Awards?
- Yes, voting is open only for the dates between October 10th - 12th. Once voting is closed, the winners will be announced on the website and FaceBook page.
- How are the homes categorized?
- To make the voting and judging process fair, the homes are grouped by the retail cost to build the house only excluding the lot and pool. Retail costs to purchase the home or a home similar to are shown online and in the Parade Magazine.
- Is there a Parade of Homes Magazine?
- There will be a printed version of the magazine this year available free of charge at the homes. There is an online version of the magazine with all of the information for the homes, advertisements for Associate Member companies, and builder contact information. This virtual magazine will look just like the printed magazines.
