I extend a warm welcome to you all as we eagerly anticipate the 32nd annual Parade of Homes, proudly presented by the Outer Banks Homes Builders Association. Mark your calendars for October 10th to October 13th, 2024, as we prepare to showcase the finest in coastal living. You can visit each house between the hours of 10:00 am and 6:00 pm Thursday through Saturday. Our lineup of homes this year is as diverse as the landscape that surrounds them. From charming coastal retreats to sprawling oceanfront estates, each property represents the pinnacle of craftsmanship and innovation. With sizes ranging from 1670 sq. ft. to an impressive 8360 sq. ft., there's bound to be something to capture your imagination and inspire your dreams. As we embark on this exciting journey together, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support and dedication to our association and our community.
