This beautiful house is a second home for the Thompson family. It is a Florez Design Studios modification of their Buxton Bay house plan. It features an accent metal roof for the covered entry with a combination of natural red cedar shakes and board and batten siding with PVC trim. The decking is pressure treated lumber as well as Azek composite boards with white Southern Vinyl railings. In the side yard you will find a kidney shaped fiberglass pool. The remainder of the property has landscape features that are indigenous to the area requiring no irrigation. Upon entry you find custom trim work throughout the interior including wainscoting, window and door trim details, built in lockers and entertainment center and ship lap accents. The flooring consists of field finished oak, tile and LVT. The cabinetry is a white shaker design with quartz tops. In addition to these features you will find lighting, furniture and art work chosen by the owners.
