This 1500 sq. ft. beach box, built in 1980, had great bones but was in need of some TLC! We started by closing in the ground floor, allowing for a two-car garage and at the same time creating plenty of storage area. On the exterior, we installed new Grayne vinyl siding, all new Anderson windows and doors, new decks with Trex decking and Tram-rail rail systems and a new metal roof. On the interior, we added new oak hardwoods throughout, new custom kitchen and wet bar with granite counter tops, heated tile floors in the baths and new LED lighting throughout. Additionally, we removed all the outdated “popcorn” ceilings and added a new gas fireplace with a custom mantle. For the finishing touch, we converted the screen porch into a welcoming sunroom. This house is truly a Must SEE!
Travel north on NC 12 for a distance of about four miles. Just before leaving Southern Shores, turn right onto Thirteenth Ave and the home will be the fourth on the right.
